- 400g gluten-free sausage meat
- 1 sheet Just Roll Gluten Free Puff Pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
How to Make
Pre heat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Prep the Pastry
Allow you Puff Pastry to come to room temperature and unroll.
Fill
Shape the gluten-free sausage meat into an even log along the centre of the pastry.
Seal & Brush
Roll the pastry over the filling, seal the edge firmly, and brush with beaten egg.
Cut & Bake
Slice into rolls, score or prick the tops, and bake for 25 -30 mins until puffed, golden, and flaky.
