- 1 sheet gluten-free puff pastry
- 6 rashers of bacon
- 100g mature cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
How to Make
Prepare Pastry
Bring your pastry up to room temperature and divide and cut into 6 equal squares.
Assemble the Turnovers
Diagonally add bacon and cheese to the centre of each piece and egg wash the pastry with the beaten egg.
Seal & Brush
Fold into turnovers, press the edges to seal, and brush with beaten egg.
Bake
Bake at 200°C / 410°F for 25 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
